This September, Philadelphia is officially participating in the 4th Annual Fashion's Night Out festivities! The city will join the global celebration created to highlight fashion and support the retail industry with exciting events including designer appearences, celebrity guests, fashion shows and musical performances. The Fashion's Night Out events run from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in different locations.
