Fashion's Night Out PSA

This year's PSA for Fashion's Night Out features some pretty big names in entertainment including Taylor Swift, Usher, and The Biebs! It's just another way to get you pumped up for a night of shopping bliss. I already started to make my list of spots to check out in the area, which I'll share later.
