Levo League Office Hours with Kelly Cutrone

If you've been following me on Instagram, you know that last week Fashion of Philly went to hear some inspiring words by PR Maven, author, and reality TV star, Kelly Cutrone. The event took place at the Levo League office in New York City. I grew up watching Kelly Cutrone on MTV's The Hills and The City and believe it or not these shows made a big impact on my life. I say this because when I first attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia, I studied Digital Media Productions, but after watching seasons of The Hills and getting a glimpse of what it would be like to work in the fashion world, I switched to my original choice, Fashion Marketing. Yes, I do realize that those shows were made for television and they showed all the glitz and glamour, but fashion was (and still is) something that always interest me.

So when I got the invite to come hear Kelly Cutrone, I jumped at it. It was great to see Ms. Cut Throat Cutrone in a more personal, laid back and friendly atmosphere. She explained her ups and downs, answered questions from viewers at home and gave great career and life advice. At the end of the Office Hours, she shared a special surprise with us that I'm not going to share just yet. Just pay special attention to my tweets this Sunday to find out what it is.
