Dark and Lovely presents Black Girls Run Preserve the Sexy Tour coming to Philadelphia on Saturday, June 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This national wide conference is open to runners of all levels, from beginners to veterans. So if you're looking to get in shape this is a perfect way to get the knowledge, tips and tricks you need to know to do so. Dark and Lovely and Black Girls RUN! are inspired to help African American women reach their fitness goals – to look and feel amazing! They are passionate about promoting health, fitness and beauty. The tour will also include fun, informative sessions including coaching on running anatomy, form, and muscle assessments from experts, hair styling tips and tricks from Dark and Lovely’s Director of Education Mezei Jefferson, and concludes with a celebratory fitness party! 


Dark and Lovely will also be offering product sampling and raffles to keep you looking good, while feeling good. And now, women can preserve their ‘smooth’ hairstyles – even while working out – with new Dark and Lovely Anti-Reversion.
