The Beauty Diaries: Neutrogena Pore Refining Collection
On certain areas of my face like under my eyes and on my forehead, my pores seem to be a little larger. Facial masks do help, but their only recommended to use 2 times a week, so what should I do for the rest of the week? Thankfully, Neutrogena sent me their new Pore Refining Collection which I can use daily without irritating my skin.
Usually, I start my day by washing my face with the Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser using the gentle micro beads to remove any dead skin cells that may have built up overnight. Next, I use a few drops of the Pore Refining Toner on a cotton ball to give my skin a more even appearance. Then, I moisturize my skin with the Pore Refining Moisturizer. You only need to use a pearl-size drop of this to do the job. At the end of the day, I remove my makeup and cleanse my face with the Pore Refining Daily Cleanser and following up with the toner and moisturizer again.
Keep in mind while using the products you would want to definitely apply sunscreen because they contain alpha hydroxy acid which can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and could cause sunburn. However, I'm sure sunscreen is most likely an everyday part of your beauty routine anyway, so you shouldn't have to worry too much. I really love using the collection, it's made my skin look and feel great. If you're interested in trying the collection out for yourself, you can find it at your local drugstore or shop online at Neutrogena.com!
Disclaimer: Even though Neutrogena sent me these products for free to review, all opinions are my own. I hope you enjoyed my review.
