If you know me, you know I love me some pizza! So when Blaze Pizza was open to hosting me for a bite to eat, I was beyond excited! Blaze Pizza is one of the only pizza spots were you can enjoy freshly made pizza baked to perfection in 180 seconds! Incredible, I know! And once you get a taste, you'll quickly realize why the line is always out the door.
You can think of Blaze Pizza, like the Chipotle of Pizza! They have about 9 different signature pizzas and a build-your-own option. For this visit, we tried the build-your-own option. For my pizza, I went with the regular dough (gluten-free is also available), classic red sauce, goat & mozzarella cheese, red onions, green peppers, chicken and bacon. (I love bacon!) Hubby was happy they had a spicy red sauce, since he's a spice fanatic, then he added mozzarella cheese, black olives and pepperoni. Darius decided to keep it very simple with the classic red sauce, pepperoni and black olives. Everything was so delicious, especially the lemonades and agua frescas!
I'm happy to know there's a few locations in Philadelphia to satisfy my Blaze Pizza craze until I get back to Disney Springs.
