I very rarely wear backpacks, but some of the recent styles I've been noticing for Spring have got me thinking again. For the most part, I tend to wear backpacks when on a vacation that usually involves seeing a very famous mouse. Come to think of it, I didn't even wear them during my school days. Nope I'd rather carry my books, than walk around with some dumpy backpack. After elementary school, they didn't quite have the same sparkle and excitement as before, so I just opted-out, but now the scene seems to be changing. Our favorite designers and brands are reinventing the backpack to include fun and playful graphics to exotic materials and prints.
I did find myself toting a backpack I got from Century 21 a while ago. It's a awesome shade of red with studs around the base. (Look for an Instagram pic soon.) After all, wearing backpack does have it's up sides, like being able to fit multiple items (include an extra pair shoes) into one bag and still have room for more. If you're too cool for school you can carry it by the top handle, but for the hands-free more traditional approach just throw it over your shoulder.
