Metallic Makeup from Models Own

I would like to thanks Models Own for sending me samples for my review.

Summer is almost here which means it's time to get bronzed up! Models Own has some metallic shades perfect for transitioning from Spring into Summer. Their Limited Edition Colour Chrome Eyeshadow Palette contains 10 shimmering shades from platinum, a glittering sheer shadow to slicked, a darker shade great for creating a smokey eye.

I first experimented with this palette for my night out at Preakness at the Piazza. (Pictured Below.) To create my blue platinum eyes, I blended Superior in the inner corners, Pewter on the outerwear corners and Emerald in the middle. Here's a tip: The eyeshadow is really creamy, so I got better results when I used my fingers to apply the eyeshadow.

To give my cheeks a rosy glow, I brushed on Models Own Sculpt & Glow Highlighter Powder in Golden Sand. I really love the highlight and warmth it brings to be face.

To finish the makeup look, I used a full powder brush to apply the Models Own Grand Finale Loose Powder. Not only does it lock my makeup into place, but it also creates a velvety, smooth finish.
