It's Stress Awareness Month
April is Stress Awareness Month! Although we need to be aware of our stress all the time, this month is a good time to think about different ways to unwind and relieve some stress. One easy stress reliever everyone could try out is simply lighting a candle. Lighting your favorite candles can instantly change your mood like these candles from Molton Brown. These luxurious candles contain such notes as ginger, coconut and mandarin. There's also an awesome trio set of Boy Smells candles that include their very first scents.
Another idea is to take a relaxing bath. Personally, I'm not a bath person, (except when I'm on vacation) but here are some products that I maybe interested in packing on my next trip. If you not into baths like me, you can use the following bath companions in a foot tub to soak your feet after a long day or a diy pedicure. Add just a few drops of your favorite essential oils like the ones from C.O. Bigelow and you'll feel like your in a spa! You can also add a drop to your moisturizer to keep the scent with you throughout the day.
