What to Wear: Diner en Blanc

Diner en Blanc Atlantic City is this Saturday and if you're anything like me and waited 'til the last minute to find something to wear, you'll want to check out the rest of this post. Online shopping has been a game changer because of all the stores to choose from and comparable pricing, but when you can't take the risk of it arriving on time, going to your favorite retail store or mall maybe your best bet.

I usually go to the Cherry Hill Mall when I'm in a pinch because I know there are a few stores I can find something in like Express, Dynamite and Nordstrom. I personally like being able to try my clothes on and make sure they fit before I purchase them, so I don't have to deal with the whole return process. However, if you're familiar with the brand, you can always save time by purchasing online and picking it up at a nearby location. I definitely use this feature when I want to be in and out so I'm not tempted to buy anything else.

Since some people may not even know where to look or become overwhelmed with the thought of shopping for what to wear to an event like Diner en Blanc, I found looks from some of my favorite stores just for you. Most of them you can find at your local mall whether it be the Cherry Hill Mall, Fashion District, King of Prussia Mall or somewhere in between.

Here are some notable things to remember when looking for the perfect outfit: 

1. There's some walking involved, so wear comfortable shoes or bring an additional pair to change into once you get to your destination. 
2. This is a rain or shine event! Check the forecast and dress accordingly. Bring a light jacket, hat, sunscreen, poncho, or whatever you may need to still be able to enjoy yourself.
3. All attendees must wear white. Isn't that the whole purpose of the event anyway?
4. Stay picture ready and grab these Shout wipes or Emergency Stain Remover just in case you get a stain. You can easily order them on Amazon.
5. Have fun! Add a little razzle dazzle with a fun headband, eye-catching accessories, or even a fan.
